- Non-Delivery: Flash USDT was not delivered to your wallet within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- Wrong Amount: You received a significantly different amount of Flash USDT than your purchased plan.
- Wrong Network: Flash USDT was delivered on a different network than the one you selected during checkout (through our error).
- Technical Failure: A system error on our side prevented successful delivery of your order.
3. NOT Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- You provided an incorrect wallet address during checkout.
- You selected the wrong receiving network and the tokens were delivered to the network you chose.
- Flash USDT tokens have expired past their validity period.
- You changed your mind after the order was processed and delivered.
- Price fluctuations in cryptocurrency after your payment was made.
- Third-party wallet or exchange issues that are outside our control.
4. How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to request a refund:

- Provide your order reference number.
- Provide the transaction hash / ID of your payment.
- Describe the issue you experienced.
- Our team will investigate and respond within 24 hours.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your order.
- Our team will review and respond to your request within 24 hours.
- Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval.
- Refunds are issued to the same cryptocurrency address from which the payment was made.
6. Refund Amount
Refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency used for payment. Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency prices, the fiat-equivalent value of the refund may differ from the original payment. Flash USDT is not responsible for price differences between the time of payment and the time of refund.
7. Dispute Resolution
